Last updated: 1 April 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LogicBound website and any services provided by LogicBound ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
LogicBound provides application security engineering, AI security reviews, DevSecOps consulting, security training, and related professional services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each engagement are defined in a separate statement of work or proposal agreed upon by both parties.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content without permission
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms
- Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of LogicBound and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Deliverables produced as part of a paid engagement are subject to the intellectual property terms specified in the relevant statement of work.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information shared during engagements as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. Specific confidentiality obligations are detailed in individual engagement agreements.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our services are advisory in nature. While we apply industry-recognised methodologies and best practices, we do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be identified or that your systems will be immune to attack following an engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, LogicBound's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. AI Security Assessment Tool
The AI Security Assessment available on our website is provided for informational purposes only. Results are indicative and do not constitute a professional security audit. They should not be relied upon as a comprehensive assessment of your security posture.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including pricing, invoicing schedules, and payment methods, are defined in individual engagement proposals or statements of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement agreement. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the relevant Australian jurisdiction.
